En ce moment une pluie d'étoile filante est en train de naitre...
in the evening of October 5 last year, Jarmo Moillanen detected a burst of
activity from an unknown shower, which was confirmed by cameras of the IMO Video
Meteor Network and dubbed "October Carmelopardalids" later on.
Yesterday, Esko Lyytinen pointed to the possibility, that this might be an
annual shower being active tonight again. Indeed, I could detect once more
significant activity from this shower by video roughly between 1 and 3 UT.
Again, the meteors were on average relatively bright.
